Accompanied by Maurice Ravel’s Bolero the performance features a laptop being dismantled into its individual parts using archaic tools. Orlowska combines manual labor and technology, referencing processes of raw material extraction. She draws attention to the invisible sequences of labor hidden within everyday technological objects and examines the resources on which our modern world is built.
